By booking your stay in our lodges or in our guest rooms, in the heart of Vaucluse, directly on our website, you are sure to get the best price. The accepted payment methods are: bank checks, holiday vouchers, connected or not, cash or IBAN. Credit cards are not accepted. The tourist tax is 0.70 € per day and per person over 13 years old.

For the rooms:

• Breakfast is included in the rates
• Sheets and towels are provided
• Soap and shampoo available in the rooms
• Travel cot available free of charge
• Animals are accepted under conditions
• Wifi available for free
• Laundry: €5
• Bed and breakfast rooms open all year round
• Parking and bicycle storage on site accessible free of charge (locked bicycle garage)
• RESERVATION: all reservations must be accompanied by payment, check or bank transfer (IBAN).
• The amount is equivalent to the 1st night for a stay of one or 2 nights, 50% of the stay from 3 nights.
• CANCELLATION: must be confirmed by e-mail or post.
• Any stay canceled at least one month before the arrival date will be subject to a full refund.
• For a cancellation less than one month before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be retained or at least the first night for a stay of one or 2 nights.
• SHORT STAY: If reported less than 48 hours before the planned date, the stay is due in full.
• If the report is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the value of one night's stay will be charged as compensation.
• Means of payment for the balance remaining due at the end of your stay: Credit card, Checks, Cash, Holiday vouchers, Bank transfer.

For lodgings:

• Breakfast is extra at €11 per person
• Towels are provided
• Bed linen: Additional for stays of 7 nights or more (20€/stay)
• Pets accepted under conditions and on request (not accepted in the swimming pool area)
• Parking and bicycle storage on site accessible free of charge (locked bicycle garage)
• Possibility of adding a baby bed for free
• Wifi available for free
• End of stay cleaning is €50 if this has not been done upon departure
• Laundry on request: €5
• Stays are free for children under 2 years old
• The single-storey gîtes are accessible to people with reduced mobility
• Electricity: Included in the reservation price within the limits of reasonable use, supplement payable by the tenant only to deter excessive use of air conditioning (doors and windows open)
• Gîtes open all year round
